1. Raw material crushing: The pharmaceutical residue produced in production is crushed by a grinder for 10 to 50 mesh, with the aim of avoiding the fermentation tank from entanglement and stirring of rotating leaves during the process of decomposition and stirring;

2. Ingredients: Crush the pharmaceutical residue, livestock and poultry manure, fermentation bacteria, and water in step 1 according to 55-70:15~25:2~4:10~30, and mix them evenly in a mixer;

3. High temperature equipment fermentation: Put the mixed materials in step 2 into a high-temperature fermentation tank, maintain the temperature at 60-90 , and ferment for 1-2 days to complete the fermentation;

4. Aging: Place the materials fermented in step three in the aging chamber, maintain a temperature of 60-70  under ventilation, and conduct secondary fermentation during the aging process, lasting for 3-6 days;

5. Granulation: Crush the raw materials such as the pharmaceutical residue in step 5 again and then put them into an Organic fertilizer granulator. Maintain the moisture content of the material at a temperature of 50-60  for 8-15% and granulation;

6. Drying: In the dryer, maintain ventilation, control the temperature to 100-120 , dry for 20-40 minutes, and maintain a moisture content of 3-5% of the material;

7. Cooling: Put the dried material in step seven into the cooling machine, and cool it to room temperature under ventilation;

8. Finished product: The material cooled in step 8 is screened by a screening machine, with a particle size of 1-4.5mm, and packaged.
