Process and characteristics of drum screening machine equipment

 Drum screening machine, also known as cylindrical rotary screen, cage drum screening machine, sand and gravel drum screen, drum screening sand machine, etc., is a high-precision non vibrating large-scale screening equipment. By using a variable speed deceleration system, the screening cylinder rotates at a certain speed, and materials are separated from top to bottom through the screening cylinder. Fine materials are discharged from the lower part of the front end of the screening cylinder, while coarse materials are discharged from the tail end of the lower end of the screening cylinder. Its structure is simple, its processing capacity is large, and it is suitable for both dry and wet materials.


Since the drying temperature of Manure cannot exceed 80 °, our dryer adopts the hot air drying mode.

1. The dryer has strong overload resistance, large processing capacity, low fuel consumption, and low drying cost;

2. The operating parameters can be changed according to different material properties, so that sawdust and sawdust materials can form a stable full cut fabric curtain in the dryer cylinder, allowing for more complete mass and heat exchange;

3. The new feeding and discharging device eliminates the phenomenon of blocked, discontinuous, uneven, and returned materials in the drum dryer, reducing the load of the dust removal system;

4. The new internal structure strengthens the cleaning and heat conduction of dispersed materials, eliminates the sticking phenomenon on the inner wall of the cylinder, and has stronger adaptability to material moisture and viscosity.

According to different grading requirements, the grading stages of Manure drum screener are generally 1-4 sections from fine to coarse, and the materials are screened from the first section to the last section of screen from fine to coarse, and the materials larger than the first section of screen holes are discharged from the outlet.

Rotating screening part: all Manure drum screening machines adopt combined screens, which are transmitted to the main shaft through the coupling by the driving wheel, and the screens are installed on the roll cage welded to the main shaft. The material enters from the feeding end, rotates continuously through the rolling cage, is graded, and evenly flows out from the lower outlet, effectively separating the finished product from the returned material, thereby reducing labor intensity. Rotating connection part: The electric motor drives the pulley, triangular belt, and reducer to rotate and work the main shaft. The transmission reducer and the working part of the main shaft are uniformly driven by a column pin coupling, which is convenient for assembly and maintenance.

The Manure drum screening machine has been commissioned before leaving the factory, passed strict technical inspection and specific process requirements, and can leave the factory after being approved as qualified. The Manure drum screening machine runs in balance during the working process and will not cause damage to the machine. There is no need to adjust the solid. If the material grading is uneven in the use process, replace the combined screen.
