The granulation process flow of the entire organic fertilizer production line
The entire set of organic fertilizer production line equipment is mainly made from chicken and pig manure, and fermented with rice bran, yeast, soybean meal, and sugar for a certain period of time as biological bacteria, mixed fermentation. This organic fertilizer can eliminate soil compaction, increase crop yield, and has ripening promoting function. It can be widely used in agricultural production with low application cost and no environmental pollution. Beneficial for improving soil and overcoming soil compaction caused by long-term use of chemical fertilizers.
Process flow of organic fertilizer production line:
Step 1: Fermentation: Regardless of the configuration, the fermentation process is absolutely essential for producing organic fertilizers. This involves collecting feces, adding hay and rotten silage to make compost, and letting it ferment. During the fermentation process, a composting machine is used to fully ferment the feces. Modern aerobic composting is a method of using composting equipment, a composting machine, and fermentation bacteria to stabilize and harmless organic fertilizer under aerobic conditions using the action of aerobic microorganisms, and then transform it into high-quality fertilizer.
Step 2: Ingredient crushing and mixing: The composted material, along with inorganic fertilizers such as N, P, K, and other additives, is crushed, proportioned, and mixed in a certain proportion using a material crusher and a horizontal mixer.
Step 3: Granulation: Use an organic fertilizer granulator to granulate the material.
Step 4: Screening and feeding system: The particle material output from the granulation and forming system has certain differences in particle size and needs to be screened and graded. The selected drum screening machine screens the particles.
