Usually includes raw material pretreatment, material batching, hopper lifting, mixing and homogenization, particle granulation, drying, screening and other processes. In this process, different devices are involved in each link.
Firstly, the pre-treatment stage of raw materials involves cleaning, crushing, screening, and other processes to ensure the purity and particle size uniformity of the raw materials. Then, in the material ingredient stage, various raw materials are mixed in a certain proportion to ensure a balanced nutritional composition of the final product.
Next, the prepared materials will be transported to the mixing and homogenization equipment through a hopper elevator, which can fully mix and evenly distribute the materials. After the mixing and homogenization is completed, the material will enter the granular fertilizer granulator and be compressed into granules through the granulation process.
Finally, the particles will enter the fertilizer dryer for dehumidification treatment, and then pass through screening equipment for classification to obtain products of different specifications.
