Raw material selection is fundamental to production. Simultaneously, micronutrients such as calcium, magnesium, and sulfur are added as needed. All raw materials must undergo drying and sieving to remove moisture and impurities, ensuring uniform particle drying and preventing clumping after mixing, which would affect application efficacy.
Formulation design is the core competitiveness of BB fertilizer. Technicians combine the nutrient requirements of the target crop with soil fertility testing data, using specialized software to calculate the optimal ratio of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and micronutrients. For example, corn requires high nitrogen during its growth period, so the proportion of urea in the formula will be increased accordingly; fruit trees require more phosphorus and potassium, so the proportion of diammonium phosphate and potassium chloride will be increased, achieving "one fertilizer per plot, one formula per crop."
The mixing and processing stage tests the precision of the process. After screening, the raw materials are fed into the BB fertilizer blender via an automatic batching system.
