What is the production process of BB fertilizer?

BB fertilizer (blended fertilizer), with its advantages of balanced nutrients and high customization, has become an important choice for modern agricultural fertilization. The standardized process of its production line is the core to ensuring fertilizer quality. A complete BB fertilizer production line requires four core stages: raw material pretreatment, precise ingredient proportioning, efficient mixing, and screening and packaging. Each step involves strict technical standards.

In the raw material pretreatment stage, basic raw materials such as urea, diammonium phosphate, and potassium chloride must first pass through a vibrating screen to remove impurities, and then be crushed to a fineness of 80-100 mesh to ensure uniform mixing in subsequent processes. This step is fundamental to fertilizer purity and mixing effectiveness; the removal of impurities avoids affecting crop absorption, while uniform fineness lays the foundation for precise proportioning in subsequent processes.

Following this, the batching stage begins. The automatic batching system precisely measures the amount of each raw material added using an electronic belt scale, based on the fertilizer requirements of different crops (such as wheat, corn, fruits, and vegetables). The error can be controlled within ±0.5%, achieving a scientific ratio of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and micronutrients such as calcium, magnesium, and sulfur. Whether the goal is to achieve high nitrogen for growth or high potassium for quality improvement, this system can accurately implement the desired formula.

The mixing process is crucial in BB fertilizer production. Pre-treated raw materials are fed into a BB fertilizer blender, where, under vigorous mixing, a homogeneous mixture is formed in 3-5 minutes. The mixer's design breaks up raw material agglomeration, ensuring that each fertilizer granule contains balanced nutrients and preventing localized issues of excessively high or low nutrient levels.

After mixing, the mixture directly enters a grading sieve for screening, removing any small amounts of lumps or substandard materials that may have formed during mixing, ensuring the final product has a uniform particle size. After screening, qualified products are packaged in 25 kg or 50 kg quantities by automatic packaging machines. Labels indicating nutrient content, applicable crops, and production date are then affixed before warehousing and shipment.

The entire production line is automated. Operators monitor parameters at each stage in real time via a central control console. This significantly improves production efficiency (5-18 tons per hour) and ensures that every batch of BB fertilizer meets national standards, providing a reliable guarantee for increased agricultural production and income.
