Roller extrusion granulators use high-pressure extrusion molding, producing no waste, and have wide raw material adaptability, processing various raw materials such as compound fertilizers and organic fertilizers. They offer considerable output and are suitable for large-scale production. Flat die pellet machines produce round and uniform granules with low moisture content and low drying energy consumption, making them suitable for small and medium-sized organic fertilizer processing.
The toothed granulator (also known as a stirring tooth granulator) is a specialized high-efficiency equipment in organic fertilizer production. Its core utilizes a forced mechanical stirring granulation process. With high-speed rotating tooth components, a complex motion space of shearing, tumbling, and kneading is created within a closed cylinder, achieving rapid granulation of materials. Its raw material adaptability is extremely high, especially adept at processing high-fiber, high-moisture materials that are difficult to granulate with conventional equipment, such as fermented straw, mushroom residue, medicinal residue, and municipal sludge. Raw materials with a moisture content of around 30%-40% can be directly granulated without prior drying, significantly reducing energy consumption.
