Standardized Production Process of Bulk Blended Fertilizer Production Line

Bulk blended fertilizer, also known as BB fertilizer, is widely used in modern agriculture due to its flexible nutrient ratio, stable fertilizer effect, and low production cost. The bulk blended fertilizer production line adopts a simple and efficient process, following standardized procedures throughout to ensure uniform fertilizer nutrient content and quality standards. The complete production process mainly consists of five stages: pretreatment, precise batching, uniform mixing, quality inspection and packaging, and warehousing.

Raw material pretreatment is the foundation of production. The production line first receives granular raw materials such as urea, diammonium phosphate, potassium chloride, and trace element fertilizers. These are conveyed to screening equipment to strictly remove lumps, dust, impurities, and particles that do not meet the particle size requirements. The raw materials are uniformly screened to a standard particle size of 2-4 mm, while controlling the moisture content to prevent fertilizer stratification and clumping from the source, laying a solid foundation for subsequent precise batching and uniform mixing. The processed raw materials are stored separately in dedicated storage silos.

Precise batching is the core process for controlling fertilizer quality. The production line relies on an automatic batching system to automatically set the proportions of various raw materials according to the fertilizer formulas for different crops. The weighing accuracy of the equipment is controllable within 0.1%, strictly adhering to standard proportions for quantitative material dispensing, eliminating deviations in proportion, and ensuring that the nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and trace element content of each batch of fertilizer meets national standards and is suitable for the growth needs of different soils and crops.

After batching, the materials are conveyed by a conveyor belt to a dedicated mixing device for blending. The production line primarily uses BB fertilizer blenders, which slowly tumble and mix the materials, fully integrating the various raw materials while preventing particle breakage. The mixing time is controlled at 3-5 minutes to ensure that the fertilizer is mixed evenly and that the nutrient distribution is consistent, effectively solving the problem of localized nutrient imbalance after fertilization.

After mixing, the final stage begins. Staff randomly sample and test indicators such as nutrient content and particle uniformity. The qualified semi-finished products are sent to automatic packaging equipment for quantitative bagging and sealing. The finished products are neatly packaged and accurately measured before being transported to the finished product warehouse for sorting, stacking, and ventilated storage, awaiting shipment. The entire production line is highly automated and efficient, capable of consistently producing high-quality bulk mixed fertilizers, thus supporting scientific fertilization and improving quality and efficiency in agriculture.
