A look at the installation site of Huaqiang Heavy Industry’s organic fertilizer equipment! To help the client quickly reach mass production capacity, our construction team is working at full speed on the installation and commissioning of the powdered organic fertilizer production line. The equipment is neatly arranged on-site—including the  load feeding hopper, chain crusher, drum screener, horizontal ribbon mixer, and automatic packaging machine—all positioned according to a scientific production layout and installed to rigorous standards to ensure the line’s efficient implementation.

Technical staff planned the equipment placement based on the actual factory space, balancing production continuity with ease of future maintenance. As the line's entry-point equipment, the loader feeding hopper has been securely installed and precisely aligned with the conveying system, allowing for direct loading by forklift. Equipped with a constant-speed feeding system, it ensures a steady, uniform material flow, effectively eliminating the labor-intensive nature and uneven feeding issues associated with manual loading, thereby safeguarding the stable operation of the entire line.

The core crushing unit—a chain crusher—has been commissioned; it is highly adaptable to the characteristics of composted manure, which is often moist and prone to clumping. The construction team optimized the connection structures to prevent material jams or wall adhesion, enabling rapid crushing of clumps and ensuring uniform particle size—laying a solid foundation for subsequent fine processing.

The mid-section rotary screen operates smoothly; technicians have precisely calibrated its level and discharge drop to effectively remove impurities like stones and coarse fibers. It classifies and screens out qualified powder, while allowing unqualified material to be recirculated for re-crushing, ensuring quality control from the source. The downstream horizontal ribbon mixer ensures uniform blending—capable of incorporating additives such as microbial agents and trace elements—and works in tandem with a high-precision automatic packaging machine to achieve automated, quantitative bagging.

Currently, the integrated production line is performing excellently during trial runs, operating smoothly without faults and significantly reducing labor costs.

Equipment installation is nearing completion, and the project has entered the final stage of fine-tuning and preparations for full production.
