Installation Site of Huaqiang Heavy Industry’s Powdered Organic Fertilizer Production Line

The powdered organic fertilizer production line project by Huaqiang Heavy Industry is currently undergoing intensive installation at the client's facility. Construction of the foundation pits and conveyor galleries is complete, and core equipment—including the loader feeding hopper, chain crusher, and drum screener—has been positioned. Yellow safety guardrails delineate the work zones, and installation and commissioning are proceeding in an orderly manner.

The complete production line features a loader feeding hopper, chain crusher, drum screener, automatic batching system, double-shaft paddle mixer, and powder fertilizer packaging machine, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. Fermented and decomposed livestock manure is loaded into the hopper for uniform feeding; the chain material crusher breaks down clumps, while the drum screener removes impurities and oversized particles. The automatic batching system precisely proportions raw materials and functional microbial agents before the mixture enters the twin-shaft mixer for thorough blending. Finally, the material is conveyed to the packaging machine for quantitative filling and sealing, yielding the finished powdered organic fertilizer.

This production line eliminates the need for granulation and drying processes, resulting in low energy consumption and a short lead time from installation to operation. Huaqiang Heavy Industry’s technical team is on-site to handle equipment leveling, belt splicing, and electrical wiring, conducting integrated system testing only after individual units pass no-load trials. The equipment is compatible with various raw materials, including cattle manure, chicken manure, crop straw, and spent mushroom substrate. Upon completion, the project will resolve environmental disposal challenges associated with livestock waste while producing standard-compliant commercial organic fertilizer for soil improvement and fruit and vegetable cultivation, effectively turning waste into a valuable resource. Safety guardrails are installed on-site to isolate moving parts and ensure safe production in the workshop.
