Installation Site of Huaqiang Heavy Industry’s Large Wheel Compost Turner in Laos

Activity is in full swing at the installation site in Laos for the large wheel compost turner project exported by Huaqiang Heavy Industry. Inside the large-scale fermentation workshop, the main equipment has been positioned, and comprehensive installation and commissioning are underway, marking the project's transition into the critical implementation phase.

Custom-developed for a Laotian client, this large wheel compost turner is designed to withstand the local hot and humid climate. Capable of processing agricultural and forestry waste—such as livestock manure, sugarcane bagasse, and crop stalks—it features a deep turning capability, a wide operating span, and a high level of automation, ensuring efficient aerobic fermentation and decomposition of materials. Prior to the project, the client visited China multiple times to evaluate and compare equipment performance before ultimately selecting Huaqiang Heavy Industry’s complete fermentation solution.

After successfully arriving at the site via cross-border transport, the equipment is being installed by our technical team in collaboration with local construction crews. Tasks include hoisting, track alignment, electrical wiring, and full assembly. Installation precision is strictly controlled according to technical drawings, with simultaneous checks on all drive and hydraulic components to ensure the equipment's future stable operation.

The large wheel compost turning machine is a core piece of fermentation equipment for organic fertilizer production lines; it eliminates "dead zones" in the fermentation pile, improves oxygen supply efficiency, and shortens the fermentation cycle. Once completed and operational, the project will facilitate the resource utilization of local agricultural waste and the production of high-quality organic fertilizer, thereby empowering the development of green agriculture in Laos.
